Description
Store whole pumpkins for several months in a dry area. Preparation: Cut a “lid” into the pumpkin and remove. Remove seeds and save for pumpkin seed recipe. Discard fibers. For cooking, peel pieces with a sharp knife and cut into cubes, spears, slices, or puree.
Variety Pumpkins are hand-selected for excellent quality. Choose hard, thick-shelled pumpkins that feel heavy for size.
